As a company built by a U.S. Air Force Veteran, we value the leadership, focus and discipline that our nation’s heroes bring to the civilian workforce. With our Veteran program, our mission is to help combat Veteran under-employment by actively hiring transitioning and former military service members, as well as their spouses, into meaningful careers.
As a member of the GISC (Global Impact Sourcing Coalition) we are committed to impact sourcing and demonstrating our commitment to diversity through our Salute And Recruit™ program. This program is a veteran, military spouse, and military family focused staffing initiative that assists companies nationwide with impact sourcing and helps companies fulfill staffing needs. The program not only supports employment, but through our partners we can ease some of the challenges such as education, housing, benefits, and other areas that are often impacted by the transition of service members. Over 200,000 US Veterans exit the military every year. With the growth of this program, we are making a difference in the lives of Veterans.

When I returned to civilian life after serving our nation, I was committed to building a business on our shores that would put Americans to work, allow businesses to operate more efficiently, save them money, and improve the quality of their output. We understand that Veterans are trained in teams and have focus and discipline which is exactly the type of employee that Datrose and our customers are looking to hire.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Hire a Military Veteran?
A Veteran/Military Candidate is top quality! They bring experience and skills that civilian candidates would likely not have opportunity to develop or optimize based on their military training and activity. They have had to excel in decision making during high-stress situations often requiring quick response time. Hiring military is hiring diversity: 35% are minority and women candidates.
How Are Your Veteran Recruiters Trained?
Our entire team has been SHRM certified with Vets to Work. We have team members who are AIRS trained and certified with both Certified Military Veteran Recruiter and Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter titles. We also pride ourselves by staffing Veterans with veteran recruiters and this team can be reached by emailing email@example.com.
How Can Datrose Assist a Veteran Candidate With Their Resume?
When a service member is transitioning, many times they could use assistance with their resumes. They bring a plethora of experience but at times have a difficulty translating this into civilian terms. Datrose has specially trained and veteran certified recruiters who can assist with customizing and enhancing resumes as well as connect with some of our partners who are doing this regularly.
Are There Other Services Offered To Veterans?
Datrose is partnered with some great organizations who offer services to Veterans that are second to none! Onward to Opportunity (O2O) offers cohorts on military installations as well as virtually where they provide training to Veterans that will allow them to become industry certified in many professional areas at no cost to the Veteran/service member. We also partner with Hire Heroes USA (HHUSA) who works very closely with transitioning service members as well as established Veterans as they prepare to seeking a new position in the civilian world.
