William Rose

William W. Rose
Chairman and CEO

William W. Rose founded Datrose in 1976 as a data entry company. His vision for Datrose has been to maintain the company’s reputation for quality service by empowering each employee to continually strive to exceed each customer’s expectation. He served in the United States Air Force, graduated from Monroe Community College, Rochester Business Institute, and also attended the Business Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

William Rose launched his career in 1963 by helping to pioneer the automation of computer student applications while employed at the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES). His passion for quality and creating customer delight were evident even then, and his dedication to these values has never changed.

Cheryl Leader

Cheryl Leader
President and COO

Since joining Datrose in 1998, Cheryl has led the growth of the company by defining and delivering new strategic service offerings. As President and Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and continues to build partnerships and broaden client/business relationships.

Cheryl holds an MBA in Management and International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology. Her undergraduate work was also done at RIT where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with High Honors.

Prior to joining Datrose in 1998, she was an Operations Executive for an international sporting goods company based in Orlando, FL.

Cheryl serves on the Board of Directors for Datrose and has held numerous other board and committee positions including:

Wendy Jones

Wendy Jones
VP of Administration

Wendy began her career at Datrose in 1983 with a background in computer programming. She has held numerous key positions within the organization. Wendy is a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a member of the American Society of Quality.

In her previous role as Quality Assurance Manager as well as in her current role, she has participated in and driven many Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects both internally and with clients.

Wendy was promoted to Director of Shared Services when Datrose moved to a Shared Services model to centralize back office functions. She provides leadership and direction to a team consisting of diverse experience and expertise including administrative, accounting, programming and development, contract labor administration, and payroll.
Richard Harter

A native Rochestarian, Rick has 25 years’ experience working with large, global organizations as well as some of the most recognizable and influential brands in the world.

Rick has significant expertise in the; BPO, MSP, Professional Development, Training and Government Outsourced markets.

Rick has hosted professional development workshops and industry conferences throughout the US and served as a professional consultant on International projects within both the public and private sector.

In his current role, Rick is focused on driving; Organizational Excellence, Retention, Growth and overall Customer Experience.

Sandy Clark
Operations Manager

Sandy Clark began her career at Datrose in 1989 with a background in Vendor on Premise administrative work. She started Datrose as a Contract Manager on an Administrative vendor on premise contract. Sandy is a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has participated in many Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects both internally and within Datrose with clients.

Sandy was promoted to Operations Manager in 1997. She provides leadership and operational direction to the on-site staff and first line managers of various contracts geographically dispersed nationwide.

Donna Harris
AP Automation & Invoice Processing Business Unit and Document Scanning Business Unit Manager

Donna began her career with Datrose in 1977 as a Data Entry operator. Donna’s commitment to our clients, drive for quality, and management abilities validated the decision to quickly promote Donna to the Assistant Operations Manager.

In her current position, Donna manages Datrose’s business units supporting our Accounts Payable Automation & Invoice Process department and the Document Scanning department. Throughout her years at Datrose Donna has received awards for her Outstanding Customer Service and Outstanding Leadership. In addition, Donna has participated in NARA Records Management Training (Vital Business Information), NARA Records Management Training (Basic Records Operations), and Six Sigma Leadership Training.

Adam Hartman
Staffing & Recruiting Business Unit Manager

Adam is a well versed, delivery focused talent acquisition leader and innovative thinking professional with 13+ years in the BPO/Call Center space with a high focus on helping Veterans and their families find meaningful employment. He has worked with Datrose Talent Acquisition for the past 3 years. He is strong-minded, highly motivated with a business mindset and ability to build, transform and improve processes through dedicated collaborative efforts. Adam is both Certified Military and Veteran Recruiter as well as Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certifications from AIRS. Adam championed the attainment of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership as well as Datrose being named on the 17th Annual Military Friendly Employers in G.I. Jobs Magazine.

In his current position, Adam manages the Staffing & Recruiting team.

Eunice Sonneville
Operations Business Partner

Eunice brings over 38 years of experience in professional services and business operations including organizational development, customer relations, project management, capture/proposal management, and marketing. Her career spans decades of working with top global company’s management teams developing strategic partnerships and programs driving revenue growth in public and private sectors. Eunice is certified Green Belt Six Sigma.

In her role, Eunice partners with all our business units as well as our functional areas including IT and Sales implementing processes that include best practices and emerging technologies. In addition, Eunice oversees our marketing and proposal efforts.

Joshua Willson
Human Resources Manager

Josh has over 10 years of diverse experience in Human Resources working in manufacturing, health care, retail, warehouse & distribution, staffing services, public & private sector, union and non-unionized facilities. Josh brings experience as a Compliance Officer and works with various boards and committees.

Josh is Certified Professional in Human Resources, PHR & active SHRM member. Josh hold a BS, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College
