The Payrolled Contract Worker is an individual previously identified and selected by our client to perform a specific project or job function.

Datrose assumes the role of employer of record for the Payrolled contract workers while they are on assignment at client sites across the U.S. As the legal employer of the workers, Datrose is responsible for issuing payroll checks, and submitting local, state, and federal payroll taxes. Datrose also assumes other employment related responsibilities such as providing workers’ compensation insurance coverage, general liability insurance, and, in some cases, professional liability (errors & omissions) coverage.
