TIM SCHMANDT
Vice President - Business Process Management
Prior to joining DATROSE, Tim Schmandt spent 26 years at the Eastman Kodak Company working in various roles including quality, cost management, finance and procurement. He recently helped Kodak establish a Global Shared Services model and has experience and expertise in benchmarking, dashboards and performance management. Tim has degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology in the fields of Statistics, Chemical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Tim is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Certified Outsourcing Professional (IAOP). While at Kodak, he worked on teams that were responsible for driving out significant dollars out of the cost structure of the Company. In addition to improving the bottom line for Kodak, he has taught cost management strategies, statistical process control, and process capability classes in the US. and more than 10 other countries. Tim’s current role is to provide leadership and drive continuous improvement efforts at DATROSE. Tim also serves on the Advisory Board of Shared Services News.
