At DATROSE, we believe that the benefits of quality managed processes that deliver consistent superior performance is a key differentiator for our clients. We were founded on this principle in 1976 when accuracy of keypunch data was important to our client’s needs and it is still true today in our business practices working with our clients on their Human Resources, Finance and Document Process Outsourcing needs.

Over the years, our commitment to quality has not changed and our investment in implementing various quality tools and training is evidence of this promise. We are committed to utilizing Six Sigma tools in our work processes and our participation in Lean Six Sigma™ Champions Training has enabled us to provide our clients with the advantage of utilizing a proven, disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for reducing defects towards Six Sigma level! This simply means: a measure of quality that strives for near perfection! We are proud of our employees who have achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification and are striving to achieve even higher levels.

We don’t just manage defects, we strive to eliminate them! As a result, our clients can expect virtually defect-free processes that yield consistent, predictable results at a cost savings. We believe that defect-free results lead to Customer Delight!
